US job growth rebounded in November with strong wage gains after a lackluster October jobs report showed labor disruptions due to hurricanes and union strikes.
On Friday, the Labor Department reported that employers added 227,000 jobs in November, exceeding the forecast by LSEG economists.
The unemployment rate rose to 4.2%, up from 4.1% last month and in line with expectations.
