Harvest ETFs Announces Revised Estimated ETF Distributions for 2024

OAKVILLE, Ontario — Harvest Portfolios Group Inc. (“Harvest”) today announces the revised limited reinvested annual distribution of the Harvest ETFs for the 2024 tax year. Please note that the limited distribution announced in this press release supersedes that stated in the November 28, 2024 press release for the Harvest ETFs.

Please note that these are estimated values ​​only as of December 15, 2024 and may change if the Harvest ETFs receive subscriptions or issuance of units prior to the ex-dividend date.

Each Harvest ETF is required to distribute any profits and capital gains they have earned during the year. Annual dividends will not be paid in cash but will be reinvested and compounded immediately so that the number of units held by the unit holder, the outstanding units of the ETF, and the total asset value of the ETFs will not change due to non-cash distributions. Annual distributions will be reported as taxable distributions and result in an increase in the owner’s adjusted cost basis of each unit of the relevant ETF. The actual taxable amounts and distribution nature of the respective ETFs as income or capital gains will be reported to buyers by CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. (“CDS”) in early 2025.

Harvest expects to announce annual reinvested distribution amounts on or about December 31, 2024. The ex-dividend date for the 2024 annual reinvested distribution will be December 31, 2024 to all unitholders of record. on 31 December 2024.

Details about the average annual reinvested distribution values ​​are below. These amounts do not include any monthly distributions that are disclosed separately.
