Fall Report
DURHAM, NC — Few programs can compete with Duke’s spectacular rise through the ranks of national power over the past decade. In the fall of 2015, when D1Baseball released its first list of the Top 100 Programs, Duke was left off the list. In the fall of 2024, the Blue Devils are ranked No. 28. The only programs that made a higher jump from the 2015 unranked pile are Tennessee (now No. 2) and Wake Forest (now No. 24) — and both of those programs had a richer history and better infrastructure than Duke. when Chris Pollard took over as Duke’s head coach in 2012.
