A 2-year-old child has been found safe after getting lost in a stolen Ford Explorer in Knoxville

UPDATE: Elton Bailey has been found in Knoxville and is safe, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reported about two hours after issuing the alert.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a three-year-old boy who was driving a 2002 Ford Explorer when it was stolen in Knoxville, the Knoxville Police Department said. Tennessee license plate is 859 BBGN.

Elton Bailey was last seen wearing a gray shirt and pants, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. She weighs 35 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
