Fighting

• Russia has attacked Ukraine’s capital, causing damage to at least two districts, city officials said. Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko said the air defense forces were repelling the attack, and that debris had caused fires in private buildings.
• Ukraine’s military intelligence service said on Tuesday that one of its maritime drones – a Magura V5 maritime drone – had destroyed a Russian Mi-8 helicopter and damaged another in the Black Sea.

Diplomacy
