A former head teacher was fired from a skiing trip when another girl said she slept with three boys and was paid by one of them for sex.
Justine Drury was headteacher at CP Riverside School in Nottingham, which caters for children with behavioral and social problems, when the trip took place in 2017.
The trip to Switzerland was attended by 10 boys and two girls and Mrs Drury, another employee and an apprentice.
The Teaching Regulation Agency team heard that one pupil, known as Pupil A, said she slept with three boys, including one to get £30.
One student filmed two others having sex and used the video to try to trick A into sleeping with him, the team heard.
Mrs Drury said she “later found out” that the sexual acts had been recorded and that she was “getting the vibe that Mfundi had recorded some videos”.
On the third day, almost all the students broke the door of the hotel restaurant and stole about 10 bottles of spirits, it is said.
In another incident, one student was found in possession of a knife, another was stolen and some of the children went to entertainment venues unsupervised, the team was told.

The TRA found that the student-teacher ratio was “grossly inadequate”.
Mrs Drury also did not have written consent from the parents of all pupils to attend and the risk assessment was not adequately completed.
10 students were known to have special educational needs, eight were known to be sexually active, seven were known to have substance abuse problems and three were involved in the justice system at the time.
Mrs Drury had initially taken adequate measures to try to prevent first intercourse, the panel found.
He then allowed the students to stay unsupervised and unmolested for long periods of time after he knew the students were having sex.
Lack of supervision led to the theft, it is said.
After the trip was over, Mrs. Drury did not tell the school administrators or the local superintendent what had happened.
The TRA cited the testimony of witnesses who said he showed “a lack of understanding as to why his actions were inappropriate and he had no regard for anyone but himself.”

Mrs Drury, who did not pursue her case, was banned from teaching in any school, sixth form college, youth hostel or children’s home in England for life. You can appeal the decision after five years.
The team said they saw “no evidence of Mrs Drury’s ability as a teacher”.
We added: “Therefore, this panel considered that the above adverse public interest considerations are in the interest of keeping Mrs Drury in the profession, as her behavior fundamentally violates the standard of behavior expected of a teacher, especially in her role as a head teacher.”
CP Riverside School and the East Midlands Education Trust said in a joint statement: “When these allegations came to light following a ski trip in February 2017, the school worked with the police and the local council’s appointed officer, fully participating in their investigation and investigation. its investigation.
“Ms Drury left the school in July 2017. The East Midlands Education Trust supported the leadership of the school between March 2017 and February 2018 before the school came into the Trust in March 2018.
“The school aims to reassure all parents/carers of pupils in our care that we take our safeguarding duties very seriously, which is why we are taking action at this time.”
