Draymond Green Trolls Jusuf Nurkic Amid Ongoing Beef

Draymond Green has once again called out Suns big man Jusuf Nurkic for his recent behavior on the court.

Of course, Green’s feud with Nurkic goes back to when Draymond punched the center in the face and received a lengthy ban from the league.

It was then that Nuric’s infamous words appeared: “That brother needs help.” …I’m out there trying to play basketball and there are people swinging. I think we always saw that. I hope that whatever he finds in his life will be better.”

The two have exchanged numerous jabs back and forth on social media since then.

Nurkic was suspended in December after a huge on-court brawl against the Mavs and with it being a new year, Draymond decided it was time to revive old wounds and destroy Nurkic in the process.

“They were going to play with us the next day, he just brushed off the argument and went swinging,” Green said on the Draymond Green Show. “And I hope that my brother has received the help he needs, because without that, it seems that something is wrong in life. Like, he must be going through a really hard time in his life to go back and skate like that. Or maybe he didn’t want to play with the team he was going to play the next day. That would be a thought. It was surprising to see him swinging like that, but when he was pushed to the ground and he screamed and grabbed his face, I was really shocked. You can’t swing and get pushed down and hold your face and cry about it.

“I was a little surprised, but this brother needs help. And I hope he gets the help he needs. You can’t just throw people.”

He went on to point out that Nurkic missed the Suns’ first two games against the Warriors this season and coined the term “Draymonditis,” – when players avoided facing him in the game.
