The CIA believes that COVID-19 may have originated in a lab but has low hopes for its discovery

The CIA now believes that the virus responsible for the covid-19 pandemic may have originated in a laboratory, according to a statement issued by China on Saturday, even as it admitted that the Agency Spy “on its end.

The discovery is not the result of any new intelligence, and the report was completed when they completed the management of the bid and CIA director William Burns. It was lowered and released Saturday by order of President Donald Trump’s Pick to lead the agency, John Ratcliffe, who was sworn in Thursday as Director.

A false finding suggests that the agency believes that the evidence suggests that the laboratory origin is likely to be of natural origin. But the agency’s assessment assigns a low degree of certainty to this conclusion, suggesting that the evidence is not true, inconsistent or contradictory.

In the past, reports on the origin of Covil-19 differed over whether the coronavirus came from the Chinese lab, possibly by accident, or whether it arose naturally. New tests are unlikely to resolve this controversy. In fact, intelligence officials say it may never be solved, due to the lack of cooperation from Chinese authorities.

The CIA “continues to assess whether research-related and natural conditions for the covion-19 pandemic remain implausible,” the statement said in a statement about its new assessment.

Instead of new evidence, the conclusion was based on a new intellectual analysis about the spread of the virus, its scientific properties and activity and the virology criteria of China Labs.

US law enforcement agencies pressured America’s intelligence agencies to find out more information about the origin of the virus, which led to deep, deadly deaths. It’s a question with important domestic and aerial implications as the world continues to grapple with the pandemic’s legacy.

‘Make China pay,’ said the Republican Senator

Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas, the chairman of the humanities committee in the Senate “said” he was glad that the CIA ended in the last days of BIDEEN that the lab-loory theory is the most visible explanation “and praised Ratcliffe for planning the test.

“Now, the most important thing is to make China pay for the plague in the world,” Kotton said in a statement.

Chinese authorities have dismissed speculation about the origins of Covid as unfounded and politically motivated. On Saturday, a spokesman for the US embassy in China said the CIA report had no credibility.

‘Stay away from conspiracy theories,’ said a Chinese official

“We strongly oppose the politicization and discrimination of the source of this virus, and we once again called on everyone to respect science and stay away from conspiracy theories,” said the Embassy spokesperson.

While the origin of the virus remains unknown, scientists think that the most likely hypothesis is that it was spread by bats, like many coronaviruses, before infecting another species, first room cats or cats or leaf cats. Also, the infection spread to handling or killing those animals in the market in Wuhan, where the first human cases appeared in late November 2019.

Another official investigation, however, has raised the question of whether the virus escaped from a lab in Wuhan. Two years ago a report by the Department of Energy concluded the leak at the lab was the most likely source, although that report expressed low confidence in the finding.

In the same year the Director of Christopher Wray said that his agency believes that the virus “probably” spread after the escape from the lab.

Ratcliffe, who served as National Country Director during Thump’s First, said he likes the Lab’s leaky nature, too.

“Lab leaks are the only thing supported by science, intelligence and common sense,” Ratcliffe said in 2023.

The CIA said it would continue to evaluate any new information that could change its assessment.
