The Sweden Golfer Anna Nordqvist was appointed Monday as a Captain of Europe in the next cup of next Solheim organized in the Netherlands.
Europe will check that returning a cup after losing 15½ – 12½ past the ground. That was the first West Win since 2017.
37-year-old Nordqvist, who is still working in the Eropean Eropean Tour, played the captain of the captain 2023 and 2024 and represented Europe at the largest female golf party.
He is one of the European teammates, winning Solheim Cup for five times and said 17 wins in his 35 games.
“Regardless of whether we have won or loses the time, Solheim Cup held such a large role in my family since I did my work in 2009 in Chicago,” Nordqvist said. “The friendships I have made, and memories made during nine games I have played in a special way to be given the opportunity to be a Captain of Europe.”
Type of 2026 will take place in Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt, a small town in the southern Netherlands near the Cathedral Landen Bosch city. It will be the first time the Netherlands hold the Solheim Cup.
