In short, relying on consultants as a resource, having a CFO or at least someone with a lot of numbers on the board, and strengthening your own brand. “Your personal name means a lot,” he explained. “Putting yourself out there, giving yourself a kind of personal connection to the brand you’re building, I think will go a really long way.”
