The ‘Blue Bloods’ actor has remained silent after family insisted he has not been found
Chanel Banks broke her silence on Wednesday after allegedly disappearing for two weeks.
The 36-year-old actor insisted that he is not missing from the many texts written on his Instagram story as his family spoke to the media saying that he had disappeared.
“My name is Chanel Banks,” the statement read in part. “I am a 36-year-old American and all my life I have silently carried the pain of sexual abuse, exploitation, and constant abuse that I have endured since I was a defenseless child, at the hands of my so-called family, who are all very ‘concerned’ about where I am now.”
“I have met with the police and confirmed that not only am I okay, but I am finally free from my mother [redacted] and his family,” added Banks.

A Playa Vista woman said she traveled to Texas alone to be baptized by one of her favorite pastors. The actress’ husband dropped her off at the airport, according to her Instagram post.
“He took me to the airport and I was gone for a week…but I saw it as an opportunity to escape my cage,” Banks explained. “God said: I will give you money and I was shocked when it appeared as he said! Then he said: I want to move. So I made my Migration and took my first Freedom Ride (in Spirit. we entered the Promised Land.”
Banks later said, “For decades my family has been neglecting me spiritually, physically, and emotionally—not giving me authority over my own person. I wasn’t allowed to make any decisions in life without their permission.”
He ended his lengthy statement with bold red text that read, “PLEASE DON’T DONATE TO ANY GOFUNDME THAT SAYS I AM NOT MISSING.”
Banks shared another post on Instagram Thursday, deleting her comment and writing, “I don’t know who needs to hear this, but, if you care so much stop harassing me and call the police and ask ‘I’m missing. Let them know your concerns.'”
“They asked if the police departments of the two states would not accept an expired form of identification as proper verification of a ‘missing person’ case.’ Then inform them that ‘my concerned family’ called these police and their cameras. – a lie.”
“Then if you’re still confused, and think I’m missing out. You’re a jackass–.”

Fox News Digital has reached out to a representative for Banks, the actor’s family and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) for comment.
The Banks family filed a missing persons report with the LAPD after the incident “Gossip Girl” The actress disappeared from her house. Authorities say he was found in Texas on Nov. 11. and no foul play has taken place.
“He’s fine,” LAPD spokesman Charles Miller said People magazine. “It’s safe. He’s fine. He’s been removed from the missing persons program for us and we’ve closed our investigation.”
Although the investigation has been closed, Banks’ family does not believe that authorities have found the right person.
“They were confident enough to see her,” Banks’ cousin, Danielle-Tori Singh, said in a statement. press conference Wednesday. “However, that is not enough for us.”
Singh said he saw body camera footage from Texas police that showed a woman with darker skin than Banks wearing clothes the actress would not recognize. The woman in the photo had a New York ID, but it was 10 years old, according to Singh, which led him to believe that someone was posing as Bank.

Banks’ cousin opened a GoFundMe account that allegedly helped pay for a private investigator after the family was unable to contact the “Blue Bloods” actress. Singh’s last contact with Banks before he was found safe was Oct. 30, the cousin said.
Authorities conducted a welfare check on Nov. 7 and Nov. 8, according to the family’s GoFundMe, but Banks was not at her Playa Vista apartment at any time.
Banks’ apartment still contained all of his belongings, except for his phone and laptop, when the family moved in on November 10. Singh said the actor left the dog behind, and Banks’ car was parked in the complex’s parking garage.
Banks has appeared in several episodes of shows such as “Blue Bloods,” “Twelve” and “Gossip Girl.”
An actress she has also used the name Chanel Farrell.
In recent years, banks have spent more time focusing on writing than acting.
