Journalist Visits Aleppo’s Empty Airport After Capture of Rebels

Shattered glass and a crushed road were seen outside the abandoned Aleppo International Airport in pictures published online on December 3.

Syrian rebels said they captured the airport on November 30.

Pictures published by Shaam Network on Tuesday show the abandoned airport with some damage on the outside. The interior of the airport was not damaged, according to Shaam Network.
