The 29-year-old, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is accused by police of driving a speed camera at 158kph (98mph) on a Perth highway last month.
The speeding incident is alleged to have taken place while he was out on bail for allegedly assaulting a woman at a Perth hotel in September.
The BBC has contacted Barrientos’ representatives and the police for comment.
Police said the speeding incident took place on November 17 in the High Wycombe area of Perth, where the speed limit was 100kph (62mph), and his car was impounded.
He will appear in court on charges of reckless driving on November 19, where he will appear on four counts of sexual intercourse without consent, three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of obstructing a person’s breathing or blood circulation by pressing on or around their neck.
It is alleged that Barrientos took the 20-year-old woman back to her hotel room after performing at nightclub Bar1 in Perth. This rapper traveled to Australia to make his music.
Barrientos is best known for his work with the YouTube group Beta Squad and has presented shows on BBC Three.
He has also appeared in the UK on Soccer Aid on ITV and The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer on Channel 4.
